1. ACCOUNTANT

     

     Due to business expansion, we are looking for young, self-starter and suitably qualified           

    accounting professional to fill the position of Accountant. 

​

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •  Work closely with management to develop suitable business plan, projections and operating budget.
    •  Coordinate and work closely with external parties, operating entities and internal business units for timely           completion of statutory reporting, management reporting, budgets, forecasts, tax compliances and other             regulatory compliance datelines.
    •  Monitor performance, identify issues and provide support and guidance to entities within the Group.      
    •  Work closely with internal units on liquidity planning, cash management and funding requirements.
    •  Enhance and improve financial systems, processes, internal control and risk management policies, update           standard operating policies to enhance its relevance, efficiencies and effectiveness.
    •  Able to handle a full set of accounts for statutory and tax compliances.
    •  Must be able to work independently, meticulous and possess excellent verbal and written communication           skills.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    •    Graduates with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other professional qualifications e.g. ACCA.
    •    Candidates who have worked with the top 10 auditing firms in Malaysia preferred.
    •    Candidates with practical and hand-on knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards will be an added               advantage.

   JOB LOCATION: 
    •    Based in Kuala Lumpur.

• University degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant field

• Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in capital markets

• Resourceful and able to work independently to manage a portfolio of clients

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

3. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions and general office administration

• To initiate, support and implement HR policies and regulations complying with the company's objectives and vision

• To maintain and improve HR operations from time to time

• Any ad hoc matters as and when assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent

• Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act is an advantage

• Self motivated, disciplined, positive thinking, meticulous and resourceful

• Good time management, planning and management skills

• Good communication and inter-personal skills

• Able to manage and maintain all confidential HR related matters
